MULTI-CRAFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This position is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional with a strong background in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and general industrial maintenance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues, completing preventive maintenance, and responding to repairs to help maintain safe and efficient production operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Troubleshoot motors, pumps, conveyors, machinery, and production equipment
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment documentation
- Perform basic plumbing, piping, and facility maintenance as needed
- Identify equipment issues and determine appropriate corrective action
- Complete maintenance work safely, accurately, and efficiently
- Support production by reducing equipment downtime and maintaining equipment reliability
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to diagnose equipment problems and perform repairs independently
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- PLC, VFD, controls, welding, or fabrication experience is a plus
COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITY
$20–$30 per hour, based on experience and technical skill set.
