In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks across multiple trades, ensuring that our facility operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Perform repairs and maintenance in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects and improve facility operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a relevant field is a plus.
• Proven experience in multi-craft maintenance, with a strong understanding of various trades.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts if necessary.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
