Join our dynamic and challenging 2-year Leadership Rotational Training Program designed to develop the next generation of leaders in the manufacturing industry. This program offers high-potential candidates an opportunity to gain comprehensive, hands-on experience across various functions within our manufacturing operations. Participants will rotate through multiple departments, gaining valuable insights and skills necessary to lead and innovate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rotation Assignments: Complete rotational assignments across key functions such as Operations, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Innovation, Finance and Sales and Marketing.
  • Project Management: Lead and contribute to projects that drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and cost savings.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, make recommendations, and support decision-making processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and improve processes and workflows.
  • Leadership Development: Participate in leadership development programs, workshops, and mentoring sessions to enhance management and leadership skills.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and solve complex problems through critical thinking, innovative solutions, and effective implementation.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on rotational experiences, project outcomes, and progress towards personal and program goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred or 2 years’ experience in current role.

Program Structure:

  • Duration: 2 years
  • Rotations: Multiple 4–6-month rotations across various functions and locations
  • Mentorship: Assigned a mentor for guidance and career development
  • Evaluations: Regular performance evaluations to assess progress and provide feedback
  • Travel: Must be able to travel up to 50%
