Your Role on Our Team

The MRO Clerk is responsible for maintaining MRO inventory levels, issuing work orders generated and/or approved by Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Engineer, closing and filing completed work orders, issuing purchase order and receive MRO items.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure correct inventory levels of MRO items by computer entry and cycle counts
• Place purchase orders for MRO items
• Work with supply chain teams on scheduling reactive/proactive maintenance tasks
• Print and issue Maintenance work orders
• Close completed work orders
• Issue purchase orders for MRO items & consumable items requested by various cells
• Receive items listed for MRO items & consumables
• Generate reports as needed
• Acquire vendor pricing for items requested
• Organize and maintain MRO inventory location areas
• Adhere to safety requirements
• Practice 6S
• Understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• Other duties as assigned.

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in MRO, inventory, purchasing, materials, warehouse, maintenance, or manufacturing support preferred
• Experience with inventory management, purchase orders, receiving, and vendor coordination preferred
• Experience using Oracle, or other ERP, inventory/purchasing systems preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and other technology platforms (Excel, Word, CMMS software, etc.)
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams
