Description
Projects Inc. is seeking an experienced Material Review Board Engineer to support the disposition, investigation, and resolution of nonconforming product within a precision aerospace manufacturing environment.
This role goes far beyond processing Non-Conformance Material Reviews (NCMs). The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating complex manufacturing issues, leading root cause investigations, assessing risk to product and customer requirements, and driving corrective actions that improve process capability and prevent recurrence.
The ideal candidate is naturally curious, technically grounded, and comfortable making decisions in situations where information may be incomplete or conflicting.

Pre-employment
Applicants being considered for hire must pass a drug test after written acceptance of an offer of employment and before beginning work. Refusal to submit to testing will result in disqualification of further employment consideration.
All applicants are subject to pre-employment drug testing and will be assigned to a testing facility designated by Projects and directed to provide a urine specimen. Collected specimens will be sent to a federally certified laboratory and tested for evidence of marijuana, cocaine, opiates, amphetamines, PCP, benzodiazepines, methadone, methaqualone, propoxyphene use, and specimens may be tested for other illegal drug(s).
