In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of motor systems and equipment. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot motor-related issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on various types of motors, including electric and gas-powered systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and parts inventory.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices while working in the shop.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in motor repair is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Motor Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of motor systems, electrical components, and mechanical repair.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
