OT is based on any hours worked after 8 hours each day.

**Motor Rewind Technician:
**
Specializes in the restoration and maintenance of electric motors and related electromechanical equipment. The primary responsibility is to rewind various types of equipment, including single-phase, three-phase and DC motors, as well as armatures, wound rotors and transformers.MUST HAVES (Non-negotiation 3 to 5)
Inspect various kinds of electromechanical equipment for damage and evidence of electrical malfunctions.
Test condition of windirigs according to EASA AR100.
Dismantle and/or strip damaged or unserviceable electromechanical equipment.
Prepare all reusable parts for rewinding and inspect renewed parts for hidden,
structural damage or unusual conditions.
Rewind various kinds of electromechanical equipment, including but not limited to: single-phase, three-phase, DC fields, armatures, wound rotors and transformers. Observe proper insulating techniques and/or requirements during rewinding.
Operate specialized repair and testing equipment, including but not limiled to: winding machines, test panels, surge testers, core-loss testers, cut-off saws, burnout ovens, grinders, cranes, forklift trucks, brazing units, dip tanks, VPI systems, and various handheld power and non-power tools.
**Electric Motor Mechanic
** is responsible for repairing a wide range of electromechanical equipment, including electric motors, pumps and related assemblies. The process begins by reading job cards to determine job status, work authorizations and the nature of reported problems.

Read job cards to determine: job status, work authorizations/limitations, estimate,description of problem’s, and/or expected serviceability.
Test electromechanical equipment to troubleshoot known or suspected problems using various methods (AC or DC).
Disassemble electromechanical equipment noting parts identification, configuration
and condition.
Clean electromechanical equipment assembles as needed using various methods and steps, including but not limited to: parts washers, steamers, caustic tanks, glass beaders, etc.
Measure for or note proper replacement parts.
Correctly requisition needed items from service center office, as approved by supervisor.
Replace or repair worn or defective mechanical or electromechanical assemblies, including but not limited to: bearings, brushes, brush
