Job Title: Molding Operator

Location: Columbus, NE 68601

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 12 Months (possible extension)

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour on W2

Schedule

• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Rotating 12-hour schedule, including weekends.
• Schedule follows a rotating 2-2-3 pattern.
• One 30-minute break and one 15-minute break.
• Fully climate-controlled facility.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Molding Operator to support manufacturing operations in a climate-controlled facility. The role involves packaging finished products, handling materials, completing quality documentation, and maintaining a clean and orderly production area.

Key Responsibilities

• Package finished products according to production requirements.
• Stock and replenish packaging materials.
• Complete quality and production documentation.
• Operate automatic box-closing equipment.
• Move pallets using a pallet jack.
• Maintain clean and orderly machinery and work areas.
• Follow GMP and manufacturing safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Must be able to read and understand work instructions and documentation.
• Must be fluent in English, including reading and writing.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.
• Steel-toe or composite-toe safety shoes required.
