We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mold Storage Technician to join our team in Little Rock, AR, 72212. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity and organization of our mold storage facility. Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain mold storage areas to ensure efficient access and inventory management.
• Inspect molds for damage or wear and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of molds to uphold quality standards.
• Document mold usage and inventory levels accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize storage solutions and workflows.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and procedures.
• Be able to change out components on molds and tooling.
• Pull preventive maintenance on molds and tooling.
• Ability to drive a lift truck
• Able to use a Voltmeter and shop equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in mold storage or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to following safety guidelines and protocols.
