To carry out activities of mould set ups to ensure efficient production unit.

**2. Key Responsibility

**

Effectively plan for mould changes ensuring all safety procedures are followed and mould change can be completed efficiently and effectively
Carry out mould and automation changes: set up complete only when first piece inspection is passed.
Continuously strive to reduce changeover times
Fine tune machines after set ups and carry out repairs where appropriate
Creating, updating and filing set up sheets.
Continuously review machine efficiencies, downtime, reject levels and make efficiency improving recommendations.
