Job Description

**Position Purpose:

** To support our customers and Texas Injection Molding manufacturing through managing team handling mixing, grinding, drying, moving and maintaining accurate inventory of all raw materials, finished goods, packaging, etc.

**Job Responsibilities:

**

• Removal of molds and lead changeover activities

• Assisting shift supervisor in supporting multiple machines through monitoring operators

• Handling and sorting of production molds, fixtures and components

• Basic monitoring of production process

• Maintaining and cleaning the machine and work area

• **Expectations:

• On-time and dependable attendance

• To complete simple machine adjustments

• To have the ability to discern good and bad parts

• **Qualifications:

**

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• **Knowledge/Skills and Abilities:

**

• A positive can-do attitude

• Ability to speak and write English

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time and Climb

• Proficient mathematics

• Good interpersonal skills both written and verbal

• Shows good judgment

• Ability to work independently and handle projects to completion

• Ability to lift 55lbs. without injury
