Job Description

20/20 Custom Molded Plastics is looking for a skilled set-up technician to join our team in Covington, GA. This position is the first building block of successful production. The qualified candidate must be able to:

• Gain base knowledge of structural foam and injection molding preparations. 
• Be self motivated and be able to work independently when needed. 
• Lift and carry 50 to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
• Able to climb stairs and ladders frequently.
• Experience in large ton machines and mold changes.
• Must provide own tools (basic hand tools - ratchets, sockets, wrenches, etc.) to complete the job.
• Work in a non-climate controlled environment. 
• Have flexibility with work schedule, able to work overtime and weekends
• Overhead crane, forklift, and a mechanical training a plus.
• Prior plastics experience necessary.
