Climate Controlled Warehouse
MOLD MAKER
Support production requirements as scheduled.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Mold maintenance
- Troubleshooting tooling issues
- Mold change overs
- Value stream support for scrap
- Documenting PMs and repairs
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Responsible for CNC mill programs
- Daily improvements
- Ensure all safety polices are followed
- Other projects/responsibilities assigned
Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
- Communicate with VSL for production priorities
- Tool prep and PMS
- Assembling and dissembling of stack molds, 3-plate and unscrewing molds
- Document job tracking
- Meetings to attend shift, plant, huddle and book club
Education/Qualifications/Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technology Manufacturing Association Certificate or equivalent a plus
- Knowledge of Hot Runner systems
- Ability to read blueprints
- Extensive knowledge with measuring equipment
- Must be able to lift at least 55 lbs.
- Bi-lingual a plus (English/Spanish)
- Must pass physical, drug screen and participate in E-Verify

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
