Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled mold maker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

·

Set up and operate Bridgeport type mills

·

Regulate pressure, temperature, speed and feed rates and set cycle times

·

Smooth and clean inner surfaces of molds, using brushes, scrapers, air hoses, grinding wheels and fill imperfections with refractory material.

Cut, shape and form metal parts using manual drill press, lathes, power saws, snips, files, sand blasters, surface grinders and mallets

·

Recognize defective tooling, machine malfunctions and dimensional deviations.
