Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced and motivated Mobile Service Technicians to perform on-site maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment. This is a field-based position where technicians operate from a company-provided service truck and travel directly from home to customer locations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on equipment
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues
  • Respond to service calls and equipment breakdowns
  • Repair and maintain compactors, balers, and dock equipment
  • Complete work orders and customer-requested repairs
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM typical)
  • Overtime available
  • Limited Saturdays
  • Sundays off

Pay & Benefits

  • $22.00 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience)

Qualifications

  • Experience with electrical systems (ability to read schematics preferred)
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and/or welding/fabrication
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a professional attitude

Preferred Experience

  • Maintenance technician (industrial or facilities)
  • Automotive or diesel technician
  • Heavy equipment or construction experience
  • Farm or agricultural mechanical experience

Tools & Equipment Provided

  • Company service truck (take-home)
  • Major equipment (welder, generator, air compressor, iPad)
  • Uniforms provided

Technicians are responsible for providing basic hand tools.

Training

  • 1–3 months of ride-along training with experienced technicians
  • Transition to independent field work
