The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Full Time Equipment Operator for our West Monroe, LA facility. The Equipment Operator is responsible for operating various equipment within the operation including, but not limited to, Forklift and/or Skid Steers. The Equipment Operator is responsible for operating equipment in a safe and effective manner while maintaining the production. Routine inspections and preventative maintenance are also a requirement of the position. Mechanical aptitude and hands‑on experience with equipment maintenance are strongly preferred in this role. A team attitude and willingness to learn are critical for success.
This position will support equipment operations during a work shift and you must be able to work rotating 8-hour shifts, with occasional extended or weekend hours REQUIRED. (Shift times are 6 am to 2 pm, 2pm to 10 pm & 10 pm to 6 am). Shifts rotate every two weeks.
