- Competence in operating batching and blending machinery, following standard operating procedures
- Strong basic math and measurement skills, with an emphasis on quality and detail
- Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP) in a manufacturing environment
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Reliable transportation
