NOW HIRING: Millwright / Industrial Field Foreman
Lancaster, PA
$35–$45/hour based on experience + overtime opportunities

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus Available 

GSM Industrial is looking for an experienced Millwright / Industrial Field Foreman to lead industrial mechanical installation crews on projects throughout the region.

We’re seeking someone with strong industrial experience who can lead crews safely, communicate well with customers, and keep projects moving efficiently in the field. Experience in any of the following is highly valued:

- Industrial piping

- Pipe welding/layout
- Mechanical installation

- Rigging
- Millwright
- Steel fabrication/installation

-  Prorated 2 Weeks PTO Available on Day 1
- 40 Hours of Baby Time Off after 30 days

Requirements

 What we’re looking for:
• Leadership experience in industrial construction or mechanical contracting
• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate field work
• Strong safety mindset
• Willingness to travel regionally and work overtime as needed
• Valid driver’s license  with the ability to operate vehicles and trailers up to 26,000 lbs GVW combined.  

• Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other construction equipment
