Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify mechanical issues.
• Collaborate with other trades and departments to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Document maintenance and repair activities accurately.
• Assist in the training of junior millwrights and apprentices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in millwright or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a millwright or in a similar role within an industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with welding, rigging, and alignment techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
