We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Millwright to join our team in Libby, MT. As a Millwright, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our machinery and equipment, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in accordance with specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Utilize forklift, various hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Adhere to safety protocols.
• Document maintenance and repair activities accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
