Genuine Machine Products
is seeking an experienced
Mill Machinist (Level 2/3)
to join our night shift team. In this role, you’ll produce high‑quality precision parts that meet strict industry and customer standards. You’ll work in a clean, organized, and safety‑focused environment where quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are top priorities.

What You’ll Do
- Operate
CNC milling machines
in accordance with company procedures and safety standards
- Read and interpret
blueprints, travelers, and technical instructions
- Load and unload materials and finished parts efficiently
- Perform
basic machine setups
and communicate tooling requirements
- Measure, inspect, and document production and quality data
- Maintain a
clean and organized work area
and complete required documentation
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback for continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Education
- 5+ years
of CNC Mill operation and setup experience
- High school diploma or GED
Skills & Knowledge
- Intermediate understanding of
machine functions, tolerances, and GD&T
- Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
Technical Proficiency
- Equipment troubleshooting
- CNC tooling
- CNC programming
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to
50 lbs
- Comfortable working around occasional fumes, odors, and dust
