About the Role

Genuine Machine Products is seeking an experienced Mill Machinist (Level 2/3) to join our night shift team. In this role, you’ll produce high‑quality precision parts that meet strict industry and customer standards. You’ll work in a clean, organized, and safety‑focused environment where quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are top priorities.

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC milling machines in accordance with company procedures and safety standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, travelers, and technical instructions
• Load and unload materials and finished parts efficiently
• Perform basic machine setups and communicate tooling requirements
• Measure, inspect, and document production and quality data
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete required documentation
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Education

• 5+ years of CNC Mill operation and setup experience
• High school diploma or GED

Skills & Knowledge

• Intermediate understanding of machine functions, tolerances, and GD&T
• Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving abilities
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic

Technical Proficiency

• Equipment troubleshooting
• CNC tooling
• CNC programming

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working around occasional fumes, odors, and dust
