Key Responsibilities:

Perform 6G position welds on pipe and structural components with precision and consistency
Execute MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding on materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum
Interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings accurately
Set up, adjust, and maintain welding equipment for optimal performance
Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Collaborate with fabrication and engineering teams to meet project deadlines
Troubleshoot welding issues and recommend process improvements

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional welding experience
Current or previous 6G welding certification (ASME, AWS, or equivalent preferred)
Strong proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques
Ability to weld in all positions and on various materials
Skilled in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints
High attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
