Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM

2nd Shift
Pay:
Depending on experience, $18-$22
Overtime:
Friday and Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Weld metal parts according to layouts, welding diagrams, and work orders.
- Position parts in jigs or fixtures and clamp parts according to layout marks.
- Select welding equipment/settings based on specifications and material thickness.
- Perform MIG and TIG welding.
- Perform tack, vertical, and overhead welding as required.
- Inspect completed welds for proper bead size and conformance to specifications.
- Repair cracked or broken metal components, fill holes, and build up metal parts as needed.
- Grind or remove excess weld, slag, and spatter.
- Clean and degrease parts as required.
- Follow all established quality, process, and safety procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on MIG and TIG welding experience.
- Previous welding experience or related technical training.
- Ability to successfully complete a weld test administered by a CWI.
- Ability to read and follow work orders, welding diagrams, layouts, and instructions.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Reliable and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Forklift and basic computer experience are a plus, but not required.
