## Responsibilities
Set up and operate Mig and Tig welding equipment to fabricate metal components.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Perform welding tasks with attention to detail and quality assurance.
Inspect completed welds for structural integrity and compliance with specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Assist in troubleshooting and repairing welding equipment as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred.
Proven experience as a Mig/Tig Welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Knowledge of safety standards and practices in welding operations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical stamina and strength to handle welding tasks efficiently.
