We are seeking a skilled Mig/Tig Welder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our production process, ensuring high-quality welding setups and repairs for our vehicles and fleet. Responsibilities

• Perform MIG or TIG welding setups for production runs.
• Execute vehicle and fleet welding repairs and modifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools.
• Assist in training new welders as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a MIG/TIG welder.
• Strong knowledge of welding setups for production.
• Experience with vehicle and fleet welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
