Job Description

Express Employment is a Staffing Company in Fort Smith looking to hire Welders for a Company located in Fort Smith. You would interview with us and then weld test for them and they make you an offer on pay based on the results of your weld test and experience.

We discuss the name and address of the Company during your interview. You would need your own hood and gloves, as well as knowledge of a tape measure to the 16th.

If hired, you would work through us getting paid weekly until you hit 520 hours (about 3 months) and then you can be hired by the Company. They pay Holiday Pay, offer 401k, insurance, Holiday Bonuses, and PTO's.

The weld test consists of: T joint flat and verticle weld, root, and two bead cap.

Days and hours are Monday through Friday and every other Saturday

M-Th is 6am- 4:30pm and Fridays 6am-2:30pm and Saturdays 6am-1pm

Overtime is required. You will need steel toe boots.
