What You'll Do

As a Welder/Fabricator, you'll help build structural steel frames, enclosures, and custom-fabricated products using blueprints and customer specifications.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform MIG welding and finish grinding on fabricated components
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Fabricate parts and assemblies to customer specifications
• Weld mild steel, galvanneal, and stainless steel materials
• Perform TIG welding and other fabrication tasks as needed
• Use fabrication equipment including saws, drills, taps, and sanders
• Inspect work to ensure quality and accuracy
• Support other manufacturing departments as needed

What We're Looking For

• Welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
• Ability to pass a written and hands-on welding assessment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good math, reading, and communication skills
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift
• Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and lifting
• Occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds
• Must provide a welding helmet
• Personal tools required (50/50 tool purchase program available)
