to join a production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with solid welding experience who can work with minimal supervision and produce high-quality work to meet production demands.

Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Position Summary:
The Welder II is responsible for welding and assembling components using MIG welding processes while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. This role requires the ability to read blueprints, perform inspections, and ensure production goals are met efficiently.
Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:
- Perform
MIG (GMAW) welding
on sub-assemblies and finished products
- Weld in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions on various materials
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
- Set up equipment, adjust settings, and maintain proper weld quality
- Perform
in-process and final inspections
to ensure product meets specifications
- Clean and prepare materials for next stages of production
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Follow all
OSHA safety standards and company quality procedures
- Assist with training or supporting team members as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Minimum Requirements:
- 4+ years of welding experience preferred (Welder II level)
- Ability to
read blueprints and weld to print
- Experience with MIG welding processes
- Ability to lift up to
50 lbs
as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and chemicals
- Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and manual dexterity required
- Ability to work with welding equipment and tools safely
Preferred Qualifications:
- Welding certification preferred
- Experience in ISO or quality-controlled manufacturing environments
- Experience with fabrication or mechanical assembly
You should be proficient in:
- Welding Setups for Production
- Blueprint Reading
