• Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure adherence to standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of welding equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding is a plus.
• Proven experience as a MIG welder or fabricator.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment.
