MIG Welders Needed! Temp and eval to hire.

Pay: $22–$30/hr. DOE

Schedule: Multiple Shifts/Sites in Lancaster County

We are hiring** MIG Welders** in Lancaster County. This is a great opportunity for both experienced Welders and recent trade or technical school graduates looking for a long-term career with room for growth.

Responsibilities depend on the client. MIG/TIG/Flux and Stick.

Qualifications:

• 2+ year of MIG welding experience with carbon, stainless steel, and/or aluminum

• Ability to read blueprints and understand weld symbols

• Experience using filet weld gauges and measuring tools

• Ability to read standard and metric measurements

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school preferred

• Welding certifications

You should be proficient in:

• Welding Setups for Production
• Blueprint Reading
