## Responsibilities
Set up and operate MIG welding equipment to fabricate and repair metal components.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
Inspect welds for quality and adherence to specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance welding skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding preferred.
Proven experience as a MIG welder, with a strong understanding of welding techniques and processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
