**MIG Welder – Entry-Level **

Are you looking to kickstart your welding career? Malone Solutions is hiring entry-level MIG Welders for a great opportunity in Louisville, KY. This is a hands-on role ideal for recent graduates or anyone eager to grow in the welding field.

Pay: Starting at $19.00/hr.

Schedule: 1st shift- 7:00am - 3:30pm am Monday-Thursday

What You’ll Do:

• Perform MIG welding on galvanized sheet metal (12–20 gauge)

• Ensure quality welds meet company standards

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow safety guidelines and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to pass a basic weld test

• No formal certifications required

• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn

• Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply
