Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding tasks according to specifications and blueprints
Set up welding equipment and select appropriate materials
Operate welding tools and machinery safely and efficiently
Inspect welded joints and ensure they meet quality standards
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs

Qualifications

Proven experience as a MIG Welder
Proficient in MIG welding techniques and processes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials
Valid welding certification is a plus
