Production MIG Welder – Lancaster, PA
Pay: $20–$22/hr. DOE
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:15 AM–4:45 PM
Overtime: Fridays, 20–22 hours available
We are hiring a Production MIG Welder for a Lancaster County manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for both experienced Welders and recent trade or technical school graduates looking for a long-term career with room for growth.
Responsibilities:
Weld and fabricate metal grating to specified dimensions and tolerances
Read blueprints, drawings, and job travelers
Layout, assemble, and weld various grating products
Perform complex fit-up and fixturing
Safely operate overhead and jib cranes
Use hand and power tools, grinders, saws, cutting torches, and welding equipment
Qualifications:
MIG welding experience with carbon, stainless steel, and/or aluminum
Ability to read blueprints and understand weld symbols
Experience using filet weld gauges and measuring tools
Ability to read standard and metric measurements
High school diploma or GED required; trade school preferred
Welding certification preferred
