Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our team on 1st shift. The ideal candidate must be able to pass a weld test. This is a physically demanding role requiring attention to detail, blueprint reading, and precise measuring.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding
• Interpret and work from blueprints and drawings
• Accurately read a tape measure and measure materials
• Operate safely while lifting heavy components
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow welding procedures and quality standards
• Work Mon-Thur 8am to 6:30pm with overtime on Fridays. (Mandatory)

Requirements:

• Proven MIG welding experience.
• Ability to pass a hands-on weld test
• Experience reading blueprints and tape measures accurately
• Must be able to lift heavy materials as required
• Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime when scheduled

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Certification in welding (a plus, but not required)
