Hourly Pay Rate: $25-$28 /hr

We are currently seeking a Welder that will focus on MIG welding, particularly on stainless steel. Responsibilities include interpreting dimensional drawings, gathering and cutting materials to specifications, setting up and squaring off the workpiece, and performing welds. Upon supervisor approval, the Welder will complete the final welding process, ensuring clean, smooth, and strong welds.

Ideal Experience:

• High school diploma or GED (an associate's degree, trade school certification, or relevant certifications are a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or construction building
• Basic MIG welding skills
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Ability to accurately read tape measures
• Experience cutting materials like metal and wood for enclosure assembly
• Skilled in using power tools (saws, drills, etc.)
• Capable of operating forklifts and cranes
