Job Description

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented MIG Welders to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of welding processes and techniques, with a focus on MIG welding and steel fabrication. This role requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, work with a variety of materials, and consistently produce high-quality welds that meet company and industry standards.

As a MIG Welder, you will play a key role in the fabrication and assembly of metal components for a variety of projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel and other metal components according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Operate welding equipment and related fabrication tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience required.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment; at least two years of welding experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of welding safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to lift, carry, and work with metal materials in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Shift Availability:

We currently have multiple openings available on both 1st Shift and 2nd Shift.
