Job Description

We are currently hiring an experienced MIG Welder for our 3rd shift production team. This position is ideal for a dependable welder with at least 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and production drawings
• Weld mild steel and structural components to quality standards
• Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and appearance
• Operate grinders, torches, and other fabrication tools as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of MIG welding experience
• Ability to read blueprints and tape measures accurately
• Experience working with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently on 3rd shift
• Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Welding Setups for Production
• Blueprint Reading
