Responsibilities

• Perform Mig and Tig welding on various materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Set up welding equipment and tools, ensuring proper calibration and safety measures are in place.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and adherence to specifications, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance welding skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mig and Tig welder, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Certification in welding (e.g., AWS, ASME) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle welding equipment and materials.
