Job Description

Summary:

This role focuses on welding, fabrication, repair, and installation on industrial equipment and structural steel projects. Candidates typically run 4 concurrent projects spanning conveyor repairs, equipment installs, structural steel fabrication, and new construction work.

Work Environment:

Industrial job sites, manufacturing facilities, and construction environments. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights and in varied site conditions. Drive Time: Paid — client compensates for travel to and from job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and flux core welding on structural steel and industrial equipment
• Conveyor system repairs and maintenance welding
• Equipment installation — rigging, fitting, and welding components in place
• Structural steel fabrication for new construction projects
• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and adhere to safety standards on all job sites
• Manage multiple active projects simultaneously (typically 4 at a time)

MIG Welding | Flux Core Welding | Vertical Position Welds | Blueprint Reading | Comfortable with Heights | Industrial Experience Preferred /

Plus Skills:

Structural Steel Fab | Conveyor Repair Exp. | Equipment Installs | New Construction Exp. | Multi-Project Management

Physical Requirements:

Must be comfortable working at heights (elevated platforms, structural steel, aerial lifts). Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and equipment in industrial environments

Work Location: In person

You should be proficient in:

• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
• Blueprint Reading
