Responsibilities

• Perform MIG Flux Core welding on various metal structures and components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
• Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
• Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Identify and troubleshoot welding issues as they arise.
• Document work completed and report any discrepancies to supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training preferred.

- 1-3 Years experience as a MIG Flux Core welder, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.

• Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• AWS Certification.
• Must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
