Mid-Level Procurement Analyst

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for Mid-Level Procurement Analyst to join the Supply Chain Proprietary Team in Albuquerque, NM, Philadelphia, PA, Seal Beach, CA, or Seattle, WA!

Position Responsibilities:

• Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects

• Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
• Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan
• Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals
• Supports the development and implementation of strategies
• Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows
• Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis
• Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders
• Develops risk mitigation plan

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience with Procurement and/or Supply Chain processes
• 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis
• Experience in Excel
• Experience working in a face-paced environment with strict deadlines
• Experience extracting and analyzing data and metrics to build presentations and make recommendations
• Experience in Procurement Tools and Data Analysis to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
• Experience participating in analytics projects and initiatives across multiple functions and business units
• Experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools
• Experience with SAP S4HANA and EDP
• Experience with contracts, proposals, terms and conditions, schedule, pricing

Summary pay range:

Albuquerque, NM, San Antonio, TX: $76,500 - $94,500

Philadelphia, PA, Seal Beach, CA, & Seattle, WA: $81,600 – $100,800
