Job Description
The Supply Chain Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for supporting development of accurate MRP schedule through partnership with Master Scheduling & Planning, maintaining a single source of truth for Material Shortages and Forecasted Shortages, and facilitating effective flow of fulfillment information between Commodity Teams and Material Value Stream Leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain single source of truth for Material Shortages, Need Dates, and Current Commitments across Combat Vehicles
- Work with Master Scheduling and Planning to address concerns around schedule alignment and accuracy to maximize production performance and supplier success
- Provide summary information and trends around aggregate supplier fulfillment performance.
- Ensure that buyers are providing commitment dates to support part needs and ensure that dates are high fidelity.
- Ensure Material Value Stream Leads have consistent access to dates provided by buyers.
Required Skills and Education
Required Education, Experience, & Skills :
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of Supply Chain experience, with Management experience or equivalent experience
- Experience interpreting MRP data including Master Schedules, Work Orders, Inventory and Material Transactions, and Purchase Order/Requisition Data
- Demonstrated experience in driving fulfillment success in a production environment.
- Ability to identify trends and root causes in supplier performance challenges and alert responsible stakeholders.
- Experience leading through influence
- Ability to communicate effectively across levels in a matrixed organization
