In this role, you will be leading a team of engineers supporting projects across the ES Sector which includes:
- Industrial Engineering skills - bound problems, calculate ROI and create holistic engaging summary PPTs.
- Robotics and Automation skills and acumen - fluency in R&A capabilities laptop and multi-meter in hand.
- Consulting Skills - culturally immerse in Business Areas - "Go to the work" - help them bound problems.
- Organizational skills - operate effectively in the BAE matrix organization following the values and protocols.

Required Skills and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering technology
- A minimum of 5 years of engineering management experience
- OR a Masters degree in a related field with 3 years of engineering management experience
- Broad organizational exposure and experience
- Focused Robotics, Automation and Industrial Engineering experience
- Excellent file management skill using OneDrive, Teams and Sharepoint
- Strong PPT development skills using relevant technical artifacts as visuals
- Experience presenting complex technical information to leadership
- Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Preferred Skills and Education
- PMP certified
- APICS certified
- Six Sima certification(s)
- Licensed professional engineer - PE

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience
