Spanning air, land, sea, and space, we are developing the technology of tomorrow, delivered today. Drawing strength from our differences, we’re innovating for the future. And you can, too. Our flexible work environment provides you a chance to change the world without giving up your personal life.  We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Business Analytics & Digital Transformation Manager to lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into our defense manufacturing operations. This role will be a key liaison, bridging the gap between innovative AI technologies and our critical business needs. You will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-year AI strategy, driving adoption across functions like predictive maintenance, supply chain optimization, and quality inspection, while ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and stringent defense regulations. Additionally, you will support Quality and Supply Chain teams with data management and reporting for key business reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • AI Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a multi-year AI strategy aligned with operational goals and a “Factory of the Future” vision.
  • Project Leadership: Champion AI initiatives, acting as the primary advocate and educating stakeholders on the return on investment (ROI) of AI technologies (machine learning (ML), computer vision, generative AI) in a manufacturing environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Data Science, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain) to drive projects from proof-of-concept to full-scale production implementation.
  • Performance Measurement: Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI initiatives, focusing on areas such as scrap rate reduction, uptime improvements, and lead-time optimization.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Support the Quality and Supply Chain teams in maintaining and updating the C4ISR CARB, and provide data-driven charts and analysis for Business Area and Factory Leadership Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Ensure data integrity and consistency across all Product Lines, from the factory floor to executive leadership.
