Work schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30AM - 2PM.

Metallurgical Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable Metallurgical Lab Technician to support our materials testing and analysis operations. This role involves approximately 75% outdoor work, including manual sample collection and cleaning. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and an interest in metallurgy and materials science.

What you’ll do?

• Manually collect metal and material samples from field locations using appropriate tools and safety procedures.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on lab equipment.

• Conduct plant tests and sampling related to processes within minerals operations.

• The ideal candidate will operate and maintain various laboratory equipment (core washer, flotation machines etc.).

• Perform processing and testing procedures on matrix prospect core samples.

• Knowledge of safety standards in industrial or lab environments.

What you’ll need:

• High School/GED required.

• 1-2 years of Laboratory experience required.

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work approximately 75% of the time.

• Exposure to heat, cold, and industrial environments.

• Physical activity including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
