We seek a skilled and motivated Fitter-Fabricator, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a custom metal fabrication environment. In this role, you can work on various projects, utilizing your expertise in welding and fabrication to create high-quality products. Responsibilities

Strong fit-up and Forming is a priority for our next round of fabricators, who we would like to join our team.
Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various techniques and materials.
Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are in good condition.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a welder-fabricator in a similar role.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for design and fabrication.
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Knowledge of various welding techniques and materials.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
