Punch Laser Operator: 3rd Shift
Position Summary
The Punch Laser Operator is responsible for operating metal punch/laser machines to produce parts according to the required specifications. This role must be carried out with adherence to Tecomet's values of continuous improvement, customer-driven innovation, and a "win first" culture while ensuring that the company's financial and performance metrics are met. The operator's primary duty is to ensure that the punch/laser machines are utilized efficiently to produce high-quality parts that meet the customer's requirements while minimizing waste and maximizing productivity. This is a 3rd shift position that offers a shift differential.
