Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience with machine operation demonstrate solid mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new processes and procedures. The successful candidate will be a hardworking, mechanically inclined, detail oriented, team player who is coachable and can demonstrate great attendance.

Responsibilities:

• Timely tumbling, degreasing, cleaning, and de-slugging of parts to specifications.
• Cleaning, filling, and maintenance of solutions, equipment, and tanks, including minor lubrication.
• Follow existing tumbling procedures while looking for improvement opportunities to develop new processes.
• Inventory supplies and inform supervisor as needed.
• Efficient processing of multiple jobs and priorities by due dates and dispatch reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to interpret drawings, follow routers, use shop math, and use handheld measuring tools (Calipers, Micrometers).
• Understand tolerances such as +/- .005.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with general machine operation.
