Metal Fabricator / Welder

Integrative Staffing Group (ISG) is currently seeking experienced Metal Fabricators/Welders for a growing manufacturing client in Ambridge, PA.

Location: Ambridge, PA

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Flux-Core welding on a variety of metals
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components according to specifications
• Work with stainless steel, aluminum, and various grades of steel
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Set up welding equipment and select proper materials for each project
• Verify measurements and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy, appearance, and structural integrity
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of welding experience preferred
• Experience with MIG, TIG, and/or Flux-Core welding
• Previous experience welding stainless steel and aluminum required
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed fabrication instructions
• Strong knowledge of welding safety procedures and best practices
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Reliable transportation and a dependable work ethic
